all opinions plz is 3-5weeks too long

to wear a lace wig or any wig for that matter? i bought a lace wig yesterday it should be here friday, the adhesive i got to go with it can be worn 3-5wks at a time NONSTOP!!! depending on the oils in your skin. do you guys think that is too long. I want to press the limits because that will mean more time that i'm not manipulating my hair but i am on the MTG bandwagon and need to be in there at least once a week. so what do you guys think?

I would probably go crazy and want to wash my hair. I wear mine everyday but I also take it off every night since I don't use adhesive.

What kind of adhesive is used to attach the lace wig? Is it actual glue that you're putting on your hair?

miz avalon you apply a liquid adhesive .25in away from the hairline

angellazette thanks due to the mtg now i wash 1x per wk like to let it soak in

atl_mulattamami was your hairline/skin irritated by the stuff? did you pile on moisturizer at the beginning of the 2wks?

Why do you try a instant weave that you can remove at any time?

There are so many style to choose from, and mine looks so natural- not too long or bulky. I've gotten so many compliments, that I bought another in the exact same style last weekend.

The idea of using an adhesive on my scalp for any length of time is scary to me.

i just had mine in for two weeks before, during, and after prom last year i wasnt really intending to wear it for a long time but it looked good so i kept it in for two weeks

that was also when i wasnt taking good care of my hair...even as long as it was...it was still in bad condition...

i would be scared to wear a glued in weave now that my hair is in next to perfect condition
