Hi everyone, sorry, but it has been a while since i have been on the board but i have some questions. but first my hair seems to be shedding in this winter weather and someone recommended using Profectiv Megagrowth, i will pick that up later today.

My question is what is ACV rinse and how does this help and what is one supposed to do with baking soda and water?:perplexed What are the dilution ratios and such.

It would be such a help.

Abena:grin:

ACV rinse means Apple Cider Vinegar. You use as it as the final rinse with cool water and diluted to close the cuticle. Most people get lots of shine, slip and strength.

Wow, the baking soda thing really works. it really got my scalp clean, but I found that I still had to shampoo though...only once instead of twice.

I read from another person on the forum that you can use a prepoo of eggs and olive oil. Can the baking soda and acv rinse follow after?

Do you rinse with acv once?:help:
