ACV or Baking soda rinse while in braids?

Hi ladies, I am currently doing the crown and glory challenge, and after 2 months of my hair in braids my hair is very GREASY! So i was wondering if i can do Acv or baking soda rinse while in braids? And if so do i need to follow up with a conditioner?

I mix ACV with a bit of shampoo and dilute with water in a bottle and apply mostly to my scalp, rinse thoroughly and then dilute conditioner and apply. HTH

Bump! I need to wash my hair today. It's very oily because I've been applying my MN mix and MTG mix daily. I'm wearing Kinky Twists. WHich do you think I should use?
