A Hair Steamer Like This

Does anyone know I can find a hair steamer similar to the one in the link ( i.e a bagged head attached to the actual steaming device) I prefer a bagged head (maybe even with drag strings ...ok ok I know thats too much lol) as it will cover my entire head in comparison to the other ones. Also the moisture is least likely to escape as fast. The one in the link is far too expensive for me to consider at the moment. I prefer a miniature/cheaper version.

No, I wish. I'm still searching. I bought something similar to this a few years back:

But I prefer a bagged head because the steam escape too quickly.
