Hi there,
Not the OP, but the t-shirt dry is using an old t-shirt instead of a towel to dry your hair with.

I got this idea from Sunshyne's video on you tube, I just use my husband's old white hanes undershirt, and wrap my wet hair it it. I think it's less rough than a towel!

Haha, I know! He said he's starting to like the wigs now because he likes how I look a little different every day. I said I was gonna do a roller set this week, and he was like, "make sure you don't damage your hair!" He's really coming around

I have an addiction to hair products, so my stash gets updated pretty frequently (I haven't updated the fotki product albums yet, but you can see what I've been using since January)
I try to use products with no mineral oil or petroleum, but I find that the techniques are what have made my hair turn around. Gentle, but thorough detangling, baggying, DCing, cowashing, no heat, and wigs.
Other products I LOVE though, are coconut oil, Wave Nouveau, Herbal essence conditioners, Hair One, Profective leave in cream, the old cream of nature shampoo with no sulfates, Elasta QP creme conditioning shampoo, my Jibere shower comb, honey, cholesterol, and S-curl!

Excellent work! You've made great strides in the health of your hair, along with length. It really looks like you have a new head of hair.
On a separate note, you're making me want to get another half wig. How many wigs do you have? (I got first and only a couple of months ago.)

I have about 4 favorite half wigs and 2 phony ponies that I rotate regularly, but I've been through many many different half wigs.
Some were the wrong color, some didn't fit, some just got tangled too soon... it's a lot of trial and error with me!

Thanks for the update, your hair looks really great. I can't believe how much your hair has filled in. I am going to look over your regimen, to see what I can adopt because I have been having an issue of breakage.

Your hair looks fantastic and that is great progress for 9 months. Currently I am where you started I swear my pony looks just like your Jan pony. Hopefully next summer I will have progress as great as yours to show off. Congratuations!
