Hello ladies I know I haven't posted/updated in a while but I was sharing a computer and now I'm up and running again. The link above is where my update pics start. My regimine is simple I:
got cornrows 1-21-08
gueye braid spray daily
surge/activator mix spray 2-3xs wk
mtg/oil mix bimonthly
massage/scratch as often as i remember
sleep in plastic cap after spraying 1x per wk that ish is hot
I took pics of the left because it grows slower than the right
If I can keep this up I am on target for 9in in a year I'm sure my rate will go up and down but all I need is 6.5in retained for waist length. With my no trim no chemical wigit forgetwhatamanthinks regimine i'm sure I will make it!
** I worked out and got a good sweat on my scalp, so I will be trying to work out 3xs per wk starting this wk
