6 month subscription cancellation with no notice.

I hate to ask here but I can't get into the support area to file a ticket. My subscription hasn't been a year yet and has been canceled because I no longer use the account associated with my payment. I got no notification at all (I did check my bulk folder also). Can someone tell me what's going on and the actual details of the subscription?
