Well to sum up my regimen I basically keep it simple.
-Cowash maybe once a week
-shampoo once every 2 Weeks
-moisturize it with whatever new moisturizer I'm using at the time
-DC once a week
- and I wear buns probably 80 percent of the time because its easier
-wear a wash and go maybe once a month
-flat iron 4 times a year
And that's about it
