Haven't purchased anything. I may get some more oil soon though.

I’m a frequent washer, so most of those products went by rather quickly. Otherwise, I think they’d still be taking up room in my bathroom.

Not all of the products were in large containers either. Those 4oz bottles went by within the week since they’re so tiny.

Quarter 2 update: I know I'm really late. I got rid of 11 items and purchased 6 items in Quarter 2.

I gave away 5 items:
CRN Sweet Ginger Cleansing Rinse, Sally's GVP Leave in Treatment w/Keratin, Mielle Organics Twisting Souffle, Mielle Organics Curling Custard, and Mielle Organics Pomegranate leave in conditioner.

I tossed a very old bottle of SSI Green Tea and Ginseng CoWash

Leave In Conditioner and tossed the Annabelle's products that just haven't been working for my hair: Passionfruit Moisturizing Leave In Serum, Passionfruit Curl Creme and Passionfruit Curl Glaze. I usually love her products but these weren't for me. Below is my updated stash, compared to the product junkie I was back in 2016, this is so much progress.

I haven't been very consistent with this challenge. However, I am ready to eliminate as many things as possible. I have really been able to narrow down what works this year. And I want to really use those things consistently to see how well they work. Two or three weeks ago I separated my elimination pile from my other items so I can clearly see what is left.

Since then I have thrown out the S-Curl because it was doing absolutely nothing for my hair. I have relegated the Camille Rose Ginger Rinse to a hand cleanser. I am going to use the whipped shea butter my friend gave me as a body butter. I have 1 or 2 more uses of the Mane Choice Type 4 leave-in. I like her other spray moisturizer better. But I may try Sta Sof Fro again and try diluting it.

I have a box of things on the floor that I think I will take to one of the local centers. I will through through it today to see what I can give away.

I will wash this weekend and see what else I can use up and give away.
