I did a overnight Henna treatment, so after co-washing the Henna out, I followed up with Karen's Body Beautiful Luscious Locks Mask with Avocado oil on top. I steamed for 40 minutes.

Steaming this afternoon with: DB's Deep Conditioning Hair Mask mixed with Jakeala.

ETA: Thursday, I steamed with Claudie's Khave DC'er mixed with Jakeala

Steamed a couple of times this week, first with Neutrogena Triple Moisture Mask and then with BC Bonacure Color Freeze Treatment. I used the Neutrogena as directed with just shower steam and then used it with my steamer. Big difference. Hair was much more moisturized, softer and had more body/movement when I steamed with the steamer.

I so didn't feel like getting up and doing anything but I washed my hair and as soon as my hands smoothed that Neutrogena Triple Moisture Mask over my hair... Man, that stuff is heaven. Goes on like a light cream/yogurt, disappears into your hair, even before you steam and after you steam... You're certainly glad you chose to used that product. Love it.

Steaming again for 30 mins because my hair felt dry three days after my overnight henna. I think it is from the heat. This time I am using Shea Moisture's Leave-In Condish with Jamaican Black Castor Oil.

@Alta Angel, I just recently started using the SM JBCO leave-in and that stuff is amazing at reviving the hair from dryness. I use it on my ends every night and it is really helping to reduce shedding and splits!

I love this stuff too!! I got this in a Shea Moisture bogo and my hair looks great. Thanks for the tip about adding it to your ends!

I would like to join this challenge as I just recieved my steamer and I steamed my coconut oil (prepoo) & also shea moisture raw Shea butter deep treatment masque.

3. What products will you steam with? Coconut oil , shea moisture raw shea butter deep condition treatment , ors conditioner & african pride anti-breakage hair moisturiser if ends get dry .
