Well I definetly won't be using heat more than once a month (if at all) until my hair is were I want it to be health wise. Also product wise I pretty much have my staples so I will only buy what/when I need.
I will NOT buy as many things as I do now. Well, I'll at least try to wait and use up a product before buying another, and I won't reward the using up of one product by buying 3 or 4 I've done it before.
NOT cut my hair!
develop and maintain a healthy hair regimen
retain pretty much ALL the growth I get!
protective styles 95% of the time: wigs, braids, twists, buns, whatever protects!
keep up with taking my vitamins, drinking water
start getting more exercise
learn how to cornrow (finally!)
*stick to my regimen and KISS!
* limit heat to blowdrying only (airdrying is NOT my friend)
* grow healthy bsl hair
* stretch relaxers 12-14 weeks (and decide whether or not to go natural during this time)
* take biotin consistently for 3 months to determine if it works for me
I've cut down on the pjism, so that's covered. But I think my resolution should be to seal my ends and use more bobby pins to secure them. When I bun I just use an ouchless band but I've experienced serious breakage doing that so I'm going to try to gentler approach. Here's to it actually working.:crossfingers:
