Continue with current products

SE Olive Treatment)
Continue with OCT/MT mix
Continue using MT as a conditioner once a week :yep:
Maintain my healthy ends (maybe once tiny trim in January)

Continue to take very good care of my hair with my current regimen
Keep on growing and not get complacent when I reach MBL
Keep on striving for the next goal

to go back to protective styling

focus on thickening my ends

keep up on the DCs, especially under heat

tighten up my vitamin and exercise regimens...which will both benefit my hair

My resolution is to learn how to do my own sew-in.

I've grown tired of paying so much for something I can more than likely do myself. I love my stylist, but I want to have th option of leaving my install in for shorter amounts of time without feeling like I wasted my money. Doing my own install will allow me to use sew-in's as a protective style on a more consistant basis.

Great thread!

Hmmm...I'm not going say give up on PJism just yet. How bout I sell items that I don't use for 6 mos.

I'll stretch 6 mos again or maybe not relax at all.

I'll take my hair vitamins daily!

Continue MT/OCT

I'll let my hair down from weaves at least 2x in '09.

In 2009 I will:
I will use one product line of Aphogee products and develop a regimen to wash my hair 2 to 3 times a week with deep conditioning my hair.
I will continue to be natural and enjoy it.
I will make my hair strong from the inside/out
Continue to use Megatek
I will stick with a good vitamin regimen
I will use less heat on my hair
I will not straighten my hair out but only once every two weeks.

take vitamins regularly
trim relaxed ends regularly
NO PERMANENT ANYTHING
finish or throw out what products i have.
lo mani and more conditioning
curb transitioning breakage
grow my edges.
be full apl or bust

Look cute with my protective styles! ( Headbands, pretty scarves)
Wet buns and sew ins until I get BSL (Pushing for May 09)
DC with heat 2x a week.
No Stressing about my hair.

My resolution is to use less heat on my hair and to wear more protective styles. I also plan on wearing my hair down more often to show off my length.

Find and use more commercial natural products. My hair loves natural products. MORE Aubrey organics, Giovanni, store bought oils (castor etc). .
Stop letting my nappy hair keep me from doing what l want to do w/ it out of fear. Fear of not keeping the napp. But what good is the napp if I can't express myself the way I want to at that time. This has nothing to do w/ relaxers. No way am I going back to that. But I want to take more steps towards maintaining knot free length.

I have to be free to be me. I am not my hair.

And last but not least DEATH TO TWO STRAND AND SINGLE STRAND KNOTS!

I want to finalize my regimen, only buy products that I can get locally (instead of online),and to use up what I have before purchasing more. I also hope to increase the amount of time that I spend on my ends and moisturizing my hair at nighttime.

I want to just give away to a women's shelter all of unused products.

Trying to USE THEM UP when I know that they're crappy for my hair seems counter producive!

Wear my hair out one weekend per month!

Deep condition with heat twice per week!

Buy a camera and update my fotki monthly.

My resolution(s) will be to cut down on being such an appliance and product junkie! I mean who really needs 3 different flat irons or 4 different blowdryers:rolleyes:? I will continue on my current regimen because it works for me:yep:

my resolution is to stop being a pj. besides hairveda i will only use peoducts i can get locally.
during the summer i will deep condition 2-3x a week. sarting jan. 2009 i will rollerset more than flat ironing.

Stay consistent with my current regimen

Along with staying consistent with my regimen, I want to create cute updos for short hair for protective styling-the buns can take a toll on my edges-I'm currently looking at some youtubes for ideas.

Also- I added in hennaing this past week and I love it, so I will be doing that at least once a month. Otherwise my regimen will remain the same. And I will NOT be buying ANY NEW products in 2009. I am determined to use up would I have. If anything, I will-re-up on my hair care staples if I run out of a necessary item like a deep conditioner.

Staying consistent with my current regimen.
Sticking to using all of my products before buying new ones.

-Continue my current regimen.
-Continue with my current products. I will only buy a a new product if an old one stops working for some reason or stops being made.
-Continue eating well and exercising regularly since when I do this my hair, skin and nails thrive.

2009 is my Full BSL (front & back) year! I plan on texlax 2 time April/May and November/December.

keep it simple and to not straighten my hair again. i'm staying away from light colors for my hair too. they are just too harsh right now for what i'm trying to achieve. i'm not going to be a pj either. i'm going to stick to my tried and true. (who am i kidding) i got to try something different once in awhile. i'm going to stick to drinking as much water as my body allows me, not just for my hair, but my body needs it overall.

For 2009

I want to use up all my products before I buy any new ones, I am starting that now!
I want to get away from ordering hair products online, start making my own butters, shampoos etc.
I want to stay Natural! (i know me i will relax in a minute and then shave it off next month to go back natural)

my reso is changing as time goes by

-drink more h2o!!!!
-no new products
-keep it simple
-try my hardest to keep the transition going (i wana relax so bad but ive came so far.. it'll be one year jan 7,2009)
-am i allowed to relax my edges??.. i just wana put relaxer on my edges for maybe 60 secs. should i use texturizer if i decide to do so?
-stick to a specific regimen, not sure what that is yet...
-and of cOURse............... reach FULL APL:grin::grin::grin:

Growing up with a Christian momma I always heard that the best way to stay out of trouble is to tell somebody what you need to do so they can hold you accountable.... so when I say this I know you ladies are gonna do just that, lol. :)
My goals:
'Make/Use my own natural recipes and start my transition!" And be proud of my REAL hair even though I haven't seen it since i was 7...That's motivation right there!
