1yr Post relaxer & Micro braids/weave protective style (pics)

June 6 made 12 months without relaxing. As some of you may know I BC the back of my hair at about 5months post. For the past 7 months I've been wearing an Afro phony pony. To celebrate my 12 month nappaversery I switched my style up and got braids (on top hair) with weave in back.

How long do you plan to go before you cut the front? Are you waiting for more length?

Hey MzSwift, I left the front so I would have enough hair on top to pull back for a pony. I've been cutting the top frequently, there is only about 3 to 4 inches of relaxed hair left on top. Once i have enough natural hair on top to make a pony tail I will cut the rest off.
