Idk. I'm not against celebrities pitching products but it's not original anymore. Traci Ellis Ross, Gabrielle Union, Taraji, Beyonce, etc. I wonder how much involvement Cardi really has. Based on that video, you'd think she's working with chemists to give it everything to make hair grow. She's had a healthy head of hair for years and if she's been using this the whole time then I'd be inclined to check it out. I feel weird thinking about it when I haven't tried secred yet. It's not about loyalty to beyonce but I feel like I should support a black woman first and I haven't really tried any of the lines I mentioned aside from a detangler or too. I know this has been debated here before but I could've sworn Cardi wasn't claiming us back in the day. It's obviously fine if she's not one of us but I prioritize black women when I can.

Cardi B has a history of making antagonistic comments towards Black women, just like many others in the entertainment industry, so she would never get a dime from me.
Also, I think the formula for her length retention is pretty simple: long-term protective styling done by competent stylists who seem to care about her hair’s health, consistently using hair masks, and having babies in quick succession lol—whew, my pregnancy hair was magnificent.
I think that can be done without using her products.

If Cardi goes loud and bold with it I think it will differentiate her from the othe celeb brands. Also she has the ability to appeal to a younger crowd, if the price point is right.

Prices are reasonable, sizes are decent. Wonder if there will be a discount?

I'm sorry but she is black, she identifies as Afro Caribbean and West Indian, why would she be antagonistic towards Black women?
I've never been a fan, I don't follow her or her music, I've seen a few clips of her which I've found funny, but outside of that I don't know anything about her.
I'm not a fan of celebrity products, but if I were to find a product in one of their ranges that worked for me, I would probably buy it.
I have never wanted to try Secred, something about that doesn't sit right with my spirit, my gut has never failed me so this is a line I wouldn't even try for free. I feel the same way about Gabrielle Union and Tracie E Ross' lines too.
If I were to try any of them, it'd probably be Taraji's hair products. Cardi B seems to like a lot of protein, which is opposite to my hair, so even more reason for me to avoid. The closest I've come was looking at Fenty The Rich One, which I also didn't purchase.

I didn't think about the "Name" but I think the packaging looks 'cheap
The bottles etc...IMO are not aesthetically pleasing.

I've been following her for awhile. Let me see what she has to say.

First try of the shampoo, conditioner and deep conditioner today.
Wash cycle repair shampoo. Washed with it once. The smell is very green. It’s not my favorite but so far it didn’t linger. I was able to slightly finger detangle as I was sudsing up. I followed it with a moisturizing shampoo after.
I used the Soft serve repair conditioner after rinsing. It was creamy but not thick. I was able to massage it in and finger detangle. The bottle says keep it in for 10 minutes.
After rinsing I used the Get Rich Hydrating Mask. Super thick. Left it in for 30 minutes. After rinsing my curls was defined. This doesn’t smell as strongly as the shampoo and conditioner.
I’m using my leave in now and will blow dry in a few. I’ll probably add a little of the serum after to see how it is.
All in all it’s a simple line up. I wouldn’t use the shampoo and conditioner every wash because of the protein but more like once a month.
