Which photo editing software do you use?

I want to blur/pixellate/block my face from a couple of photos I plan to put on Fotki, but I can't remember what program I used to use! I now have Picasa but it doesn't seem to have those features?

Hey there! There is a function in Picasa that allows you to edit your photos if you use it on your desktop as an application before posting to the web. I have blurred my face a time or two...

Off topic a little: The desktop version is really nice...and there's so much you can do with your pictures. I actually am going to print some out and frame them here in our home (family pics, not hair pics. )

I use adobe photoshop when i'm at home...but there's photoscape...it's free and i love it. You can do all sorts of neat things with it.
