possibly STUPID question...

when deep conditioning under the dryer, are you supposed to wear a conditioning cap, or do you let your hair be loose?

I wear a cap.

I feel so NEW to this.

I put a plastic bag from a shop on my head, it works fine. But when i'm doing hard core protien like emergencee i have to do it without the bag otherwise it won't go hard. So in a way you are right about the bag blocking it.

Def cap, plastic bag, saran wrap or a moist hot towel can be used, otherwise I think your hair would start to dry without something to keep the moisture in.
