Can I co-wash and leave it in over night?

I am very tired and I don't feel like washing this conditioner out of my hair. Can I leave it in over night? Will my hair react differently or break?

Thanks chebaby, don't worry it is not protein.It is all moisture... I remember leaving protein in my hair for awhile once and it broke some of my hair off.
