Okay this has got to stop. Ayurveda is good for hair growth but not helping with the breakage. What should I use:wallbash::wallbash::wallbash:

Where's the breakage coming from? Is it at the demarcation line? Or from your ends (short broken pieces)?

Is your hair feeling overly soft? Then I'd say protein, especially at the demarcation line. If it's hard/brittle then I'd say moisture.

And are you detangling regularly? Because knots and tangles can lead to breakage. Especially, if you're not gentle with your hair or making sure it's well lubricated before you start combing.

I think it is comming from the demarcation line. The strands are long. Everytime I wash and detangle there are numerous strands in my shower comb. I am trying to take a break from relaxing. Been doing it for 20 plus years.

I dunno. My new growth is soft but not mushy. I need to strengthen that line area.

And you're sure it's breaking and not shedding?

I was just going to ask this. If it's long strands, check the end and see if there is a bulb on it (should look like a white tip). If so, it's your normal shedding, not breakage.

Did not take the time to look at the tip. :look: All I saw was strands and:blush:. I will look at the ends and get back with you guys. Thank you so much.
