Pur Whipped Gelly is way better if you want more hold.

HV's has aloe vera juice

AV's has aloe vera gel

AV's is much thicker and smells like vanilla.

During Black Friday I will be buying a 32 ounce of PUR Whipped Jelly.

Most likely! She had 20% for her anniversary sale and 25% for her Valentines day sale (yes I know these things)

I'm willing to wait till then or till Christmas/New Years.

15% won't even cover my shipping....unless I buy a ton of stuff.
 
What would be a good moisturizer for relaxed hair from Afroveda? I've never purchased anything from there before. Any suggestions ladies?

Do you think the sale will be 20 or 25% for Black Friday? If so I think I may wait too.
 
I think I will just get all the sample sizes of the oils, conditioners, and butters. Then the next big sale she has I will get the bulk sizes of whatever products worked best for me :look:

it depends on what you want to use it for. in may case i use hairveda's for slicking my hair back. i use the afroveda's for my twists when i know im gonna do twists out. i just mix it with whatever moisturizer im using and twist. it has way more hold that hairveda's but i like both of them. if i had to choose though i would pick hairvedas because its so like with a soft hold and doesnt leave a white residue when i use it on the front of my hair.

i love afroveda but im gonna pass on this sale. maybe next time. im really stocked up on most of the things i love by her. i just need a shea amla cream and an ashlii amala and im good. but i already have the curly custard, pur whipped gelly, hemp seed butter and samples of the other butters. i just ran out of the ashlii amala a couple weeks ago and i miss it.
 
DANG IT MAN! I've been eyeing afroveda for about 4 months now but i never gave it. so i bought the new condition and the ashlii one. couldn't get the oil i wanted or the other 2 conditioners because the pockets are tight. man i have really got to develop more will power.
 
i really love her shea amla butter. it is so moisturizing. i love it when i just run it through mydry fro and my hair will stay moisturized through the whole night.
my 3 fave moisturizers are shea butter, kbb hair cream and shea amla butter cream. the last two have high contents of shea butter so i really really really love shea butter.

thats exactly what i did, except i didnt get the oils, and decided to try the shampoo bar and conditioning shampoo. i was gonna wait until there was a sale, theni went to the home page, and BAM 15% off, figured it was a sign to buy. :lachen: anyways i figured i'd try it out, and then whatever i like to buy more the next holiday sale.
