I bought myself a jar of Pro Styler black gel. I bought the wrong Eco Styler (7 hold) and it didn't do anything for my hair, too light. The Pro Styler gave me instant gorgeous curls! Woohoo! Not bad for $3.50 bucks.

Sally's had a sale on aphogee products, buy 2 for $10.00. I bought the 2 min reconstructor (small bottle), the oil, the leave in conditioner, the green tea spray. I also purchased some nu gro hair temple balm. I will see how it works. I am not one to oil my hair anymore, but my sides have been breaking really badly and my crown has always been a little thin. So we will see how it does.

I was so caught up with the fact that you two ladies bought steamers, I forgot to write what I bought.

I bought Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose Conditioner. I tried it yesterday, and it may be too soon to give a definite response, but I really like it so far.

i got my pretty wrap in the mail today. i love it, it is so soft and it fits snug. i hope it stays on through out the night.

How are you going to use the above products that you bought?

The honeyquat I'm going to mix into my deep conditioners prior to steaming after I do a trial run of just straight conditioner to see if it makes the steaming even more moisturizing for my hair. I don't really know what I'm going to do with the silk amino acids Probably put a few drops in my mascara, as I've heard that helps thicken your eyelashes. I may also make a spritz of rosewater, honeyquat, and silk amino acids. My new growth is always dry. Hopefully I won't need it after I start steaming!

LHCF peer pressure got to me and I broke down and purchased Lustrasilk Shea Cholesterol and Ecostyler gel. So far I am really liking them both. But it will take some more uses before I come to a final verdict.

I consoled myself that I am not a pj b/c I'm running out of my current gel and didn't already own a cholesterol conditioner. I hate having duplicates of things in the same "category." I like to find the best item for my hair in each category (ex. shampoo, conditioner, leave-in, etc.) and stick with it.
