I am in a rut with buns :( I want to try some other styles that are quick and easy enough to do in the morning . . . even if it's just putting a curler in my hair to get some bangs going . . . just wondering what you all do . . . .

I'm in the service so buns during the week. On the weekends, banana clips with wash-n-go ponytail.

In one of the 3 styles in my siggy - twistout, braids (no extensions) or braidout. Sometimes I leave cornrows/flat twists (for my curly styles) in and wear out for a day before taking them out.

Hrm, I voted bun without bangs, but now, I'm not sure.

The back of my hair is up, the front is parted asymmetrically, and the hair in front is loose, hanging on either side of my head, stopping around my chin. So, that could be considered a bun with bangs, but nothing is touching my forehead. :lachen: So, not so much?

I bun every single weekday. On weekends I wear it down if i got it washed... otherwise, bun on the wknds too. lol

I mostly wear my hair in air dried buns or ponytails. So I guess we're in the same rut.

I did wear mostly wash n' go's for a few months but then I noticed that my ends were suffering. So it was back to ponytails/buns for me.

Uhm...I'm an extension braid kind of girl (last couple years...I'll investigate why later). I do them myself, so I rock them long, short, curly, straight, wavy..you get the picture. But with MY hair, I'm more into buns, ponytails, and I HEART!!!!! funky updos (corporate and all ya'll).

Now that I'm natural, I imagine some funky, puffy updos. I say imagine, because at the end of the month is when my extensions come out and I'll be playing in my hair for the (GASP) first time since the big chop in June.

I don't imagine my style preference to be any different (funky updos), but who knows what my natural hair is going to want to do...so maybe I'll be editing this come end of next week.

I'm wearing twistouts right now. I'm trying to give my hair a break from combing and brushing so that I can retain more length.

I do buns pretty much 5 days a week. I may wear my hair down on wash day (Saturday) and if I'm feeling sporty a ponytail on Sunday. I know BORING!!! but I want to get past SL and don't want my hair brushing on my clothes all day. With this in mind, it's about to be a long winter because buns and more buns are in my future.

a pinned up ponytail..i just bought a phony pony so I'm going to use it to jazz up my pony, I'm going to buy another one, diff texture, for a little variety..
