Hell Yall.
I think my hair is mad at me. So I decided to press out my hair. Usually I go to a salon and get it done but I decided because of time and funds to do it myself. As a natural I have never had the same success as in the salon. It may be my techique and I hope you ladies can help me out. My hair feels very stiff I can't even finger comb through it. I will have to wash it out this week.
So here is what I did
Wash and condition with Treasured locks emu oil shampoo and conditioner
De-tangled my hair and put in six braids to let air dry over night.
(here is probably where I messed up)
My hair is completely dry I applied Sabino MB on ever section from a braid I took out. I thought I screwed myself so I added leave-in de-tangler just for me shea butter.
Either way my hair feels awful and looks awful. I'm too ashamed to show pictures.
I looked at some threads about other people's regiment and I got the just of products but I think my technique is way off.
Oh and I am a 4b natural. Thank you ladies for all your support and advice in advance.
