Can anyone give me information about this? Is it permanent? Is it damaging? How long do they last, and how much do they cost? I live in the DC metro area and I am willing the travel to Philly or NYC.

Thanks in advance.

I was curious about these as well. When I did some research, I saw the price would average about $500 for shoulder length locs; more if you wanted them longer. This would include the price of the hair.

I don't know if they *are* permanent by definition or not, but they can be permanent if you intend to allow your hair to loc & keep it that way. So I guess they can last a VERY long time if you do not intend to permanently loc with them, but they WILL loc in due time just like any natural hairstyle left in too long. They are meant to be permanent though, which is why they are so expensive (also because of the time it takes to hand roll the hair).

Hopefully someone who has had them will be able to help more. :yep:

Hey,
I have a coworker that also works at a natural hair salon called Fabulocs, in MD. Here's the link and information on lock extentions. http://www.fabulocs.com/8.html Feel free to give them a call for the cost. They look very real to me and I couldn't tell the difference.

Good luck, and I hope this helps!!
