Your hair is gorgeous!!! It is so thick and healthy!!! Have you always worn your hair natural? If you were relaxed, did you transition and for how long? What brand of EVCO do you use? You should be proud that you were able to reach your goal. :) This is very encouraging!!! Thank you for sharing!!!

Thank you! I started in Dec 07/Jan 08. So it took about 18 months to go from APL to MBL.

Thank you! No, I was relaxed for about seven years. I stopped relaxing when I went away to college, mainly because I couldn't keep it up living in the middle of nowhere. I have been natural since Sept. 06, so about 2 1/2 years. During that time I had no idea what a hair board was so I didn't even know I was "transitioning". On the other hand, I was always in a bun because I had to study. I did not have very good hair practices before I found the boards. I use the EVCO from GNC. I am very proud, and even more shocked and excited!
