Has anyone used Growth Specifics Revitalizing Hair Balm

I sent an email via the "contact us" tab inquiring when the Balm will be available. Will keep you posted. Alternately, I think I will PM her as well...:yep:

I got a pm from another member saying that SparklingFlame doesn't post here anymore. But, the member, Smarty Pants (thanks again!) was really nice got in contact with her, and SparkingFlame said that she does have the balm in stock. Her site is just showing out-of-stock.

It was suggested that I delete my temporary internet files and cookies so that the "out of stock" would refresh to "in stock", but when I did that, it still didn't work. But, since I got confirmation that Sparkling Flame does have the product, I just went ahead and ordered. :grin:

I cleared my cache and it still says it, but I'm just going to order it. Thanks!
 
OK... I got in touch with SF again and she has fixed the problem with the hair balm showing up as unavailable (I just checked to Growth Specifics website myself and it is now showing up as available). She did say that she has been getting orders so if you ordered recently while site said unavailable, you should be good.

I ordered a while back (6 days) and no shipping notice. Should I be worried? How long does it normally take?
 
Me too, I ordered 05/26 and haven't received a shipping notice as of yet. I'm getting antsy as well....:spinning:
 
Well, still no shipping notice and no return of my two emails. I am thinking of canceling (via PayPal).

Whoa! I thought I had it bad. I haven't recieved a shipping notice either and I ordered on 05/30. :ohwell: I checked her website, and it says that orders are usually processes in 5 to 7 business days and then shipped after that.

Update, I received a shipping notice 06/04/09 and received the package either 06/08 or 06/09. I'm so happy now:yep:

Its all good, I guess. The merchant never responded to any of my emails inquiries, or PayPal resolution efforts, but I did eventually get my order. It took 3 weeks. Would I order again? Maybe; but only because the oil really works.

That's weird because she's normally pretty timely when responding.
Did you ever try to PM her through here (not that you're supposed to...I was just asking)?

I don't know what her username is. But I emailed both advertised email addresses for her company. That should have been enough.
