Nope. Not the one that goes on your hair... I am talking about your food regimen. Having a good diet is probably the number one tip I see on this board when it comes to growing long and healthy hair. So I am curious, what do you all eat on a daily basis good or bad... yeah, I know some people who are waistlength while eating chips and drinking sodas all day long...
Please help me by listing at least the top 10 foods you eat on a regular basis...
