I only watched the first video because the OP wanted the 5 "mistakes", and
I personally don't feel there were ANY. "Everything ain't for everybody". Yes she used lots of shampoo and put it on the length of her hair, but hey maybe she used lots of cones and oils that week and wanted a deeper clean.
I can tell you more of what she was doing right than wrong:
1. Completely wetting hair before applying shampoo
2. Making sure to massage rather than scratch her scalp
3. Knowing that the first lather doesn't always yields lots of lather but that doesn't mean the hair is not getting clean
4. Making sure to completely get the water out of her hair
5. Not towel trying by harshly rubbing hair
It's terrible that this is the same company who stole HairLoves pictures, and for that reason I don't trust them as a company, but I have seen WAY worse hair practices on YT.
ETA: I watched the 3rd video, and she only places the conditioner in her daughters hair for less than 5 secs then rinses, so she could do a longer conditioner. But maybe she is a trained stylist because most of them never condition long.
