No sweetie.. they are removed. I just went through all eight pages of photos and dont see your blue shirt or the one with the white back ground.. You are good to go now..
 
Is this one of the images? If so I can still see it and I opened a new browser and refreshed. If not exactly which photos are they? I knew we should have called them this morning:yep:

Okay I just checked this is the same photo Hairlove referred to yesterday. Only it is the third photo on the third row on page 6. Previously it was on page 2 on the bottom right corner...correct??

Unfortunately many LHCF members have lovely hair which liars love to steal whether out of context comments, stolen photos, unapproved recommendations-it has happened one too many times. STOLEN FROM HERE THEN ALERT THE MODS or get really nasty with them with serious threats of legal action. SHAME, SHAME SHAME..shows the products, methods may be as shady as the perpetrators:nono:!!!

No none of them on page six is her...She had one with a blue shirt on and her back was to the camera fully and another with a white background with her back to the camera fully...None of those are on page 6. They took them down
 
I've sent an update email to Ning with copies of the pictures along with alternative views to prove the pics are mine. Since I can't go in and verify myself, I'd rather be safe than sorry. Now if I hear back from them after seeing the actual photos that they do not see them - I will make sure they view ALL pictures on the site before letting it go.

haha - no, that's not me. Mine are backshots. But if I looked like that, I'd take frontal hair pics, too! :)

Oh okay. I guess the one she put a link to changed because the moved them around. Let me go remove that ladies picture...

Hairlove did they ban your IP address, if not I can sign up for an account and give you the info...then you can log in and see for yourself. Just a thought.

This really bothers me.
 
From facebook after someone asked her where the salon was located.

I am not sure what method she used to ban me. I have emailed her while on my home computer and work computer.

Even just going to the website from home, I only get the banned screen - not option to even see the site at all. (I haven't been to work since banned so not sure if that's the case on my work computer or not.)

Yes, looks like she wants to use deception to sell her products. Knowing the pictures were stolen by a salon - you'd think that would make a difference but I guess not since they are her products. I am really shocked at all of this. I am so naive...and really try to believe the best in people. I really thought that when I cordially emailed her, she would have at least engaged in conversation with me. Boy, was I wrong.

Pixel - I really like the way you have text over your pictures! You can still see the picture clearly but it is definitely protected! I may do something very similar.
 
Her business will not prosper, because she is going about it the wrong way.

Hairlove, you know if you wanted to push this issue she could get into big trouble from profiting by using unauthorized images. In the meantime, if she blocked you from the site, there are many many more of us on this site and we could all go full force contacting her about this mess she has pulled.

I hadn't even though of that. She has some nerve. I was honestly willing to believe that this was more about the salon than her but she's made a decision to go along with a lie. Very disappointing. :perplexed

Well, I am hoping to hear something positive from ning tomorrow. Thank you for your support.
