Thank you. I LOVE your curls. What products do you use to get such definition? It looks so soft.

Aww thanks . That day I used the method on biracialhair.com using trader joe's nourish conditioner and then sealing with castor oil. I am experimenting with different conditioners until I find one that I love. I tried Aussie moist this morning and so far I love it. :spinning::spinning: My hair is still wet though so I will see how it turns out totally dry.

Welcome aboard!!!:yep:

For the thin edges, try castor oil or squeeze some Vitamin E gel on your edges.

Beautiful hair, btw!

Welcome to the forum!!!

I would say you are 3c/4a. Our hair looks similar in its wet state. As far as the thin edges go: I would lay off using headbands for a while (if you use them) b/c they can stunt the flow of blood to the scalp and cause friction hair loss; always wear a silk/satin scarf at night to sleep in; try scalp massages to make sure the blood is flowing well; make sure any ponytails I wear aren't made too tight (you should be able to rotate your head fully without feeling any tension or pulling--if you do feel some then your ponytail is too tight); and be careful about the kind of brush you use (I would recommend brush only when absolutely needed and using a gentle boar bristle brush).

Good luck on your hair journey. :)

You have gorgeous hair!! I'm a 3c and you hair is very similar to mine so I'd say 3c/3b

I do not know what your hair type is but your hair is beautiful straight or curly!!!!!!!!

Your hair is gorgeous! Very healthy and nicely trimmed.

Thank you. Okay so I how do I get your length? I want to about MBL (even though you look WL). I feel like I have hit a plateau in my growth. Any suggestions?

Thanks for all of your helpful tips. I think that it may also be genetic. I'm also going to try some castor oil.

I'm totally stumped when it comes to the typing thing. Just wanted to say - your hair is very pretty! :yep:

Thank you so much. We look like "hair sisters". Your hair is gorgeously thick. I long to have thick hair too.
