and it didn't stop the shrinkage how I thought it would. My hair isn't a complete afro like usual, but I knew for sure that it would stretch atleast half-way using the cholestrol and it didn't. I think that if I try this again, the only thing that will help eliminate the shrinkage is immediately sitting under the dryer.
What I did here was condition wash hair, part in vertical sections(I was going to do flat-twists but decided not to), apply Pantene Hydrating Curls, then I applied cholestrol to each section. My hair looked really nice completely wet, but It started to shrivel, so I pulled it back into a ponytail and slept on it. I woke up to these results.
In these pics, my hair STILL isn't completely dry, but hopefully its done shrinking. I think with a little practice I can eventually make it work how I'd like.
