Okay Step 1 smells and Step 2 smells . I noticed an immediate difference in my hair. Strong, but silky and soft. My hand was in my hair ALL DAY! I didn't fully follow all of the directions for example I left Step 2 in my hair overnight but that's how I do. Just like BJ was saying on her site I might start cowashing with Step 2.

This is the best deep conditioner I have used...ever.

The down side is that she is out of stuff so frequently. I find myself ordering about 5-6 of each item just to make sure I can get some.

bumping! I know this is an old thread, but this stuff works great. I had been noticing some small broken hairs and my hair was dry although I was moisturizing and sealing daily. I had this protein treatment, but I had forgotten about it. I used it today and my hair feels fab - soft and strong!
