I am trying out the entire AG line. The shampoo was just okay. Not moisturizing enough for me. The conditioners and fast food leave in are HITS.

I don't have "naturals " on any of my old bottles in inventory..

I'm rationing out cause I'm not buying any of the changed formula...once I'm out of inventory or I run across some old bottles during my hunt our five year love story will have run it's course.

I'm sorry that many who love it and just recently found it didn't listen to my call years ago.. :lol:
 
Hit: So Sexy Spray gell on wet hair for my twist outs. Leaves my hair soft, defined -minimal firzz and smelling nice. Cant wait to try it on braid outs
 
On the Fence, but close to the Miss Side:

HE Body Envy Conditioner with White Nectarine and Pink Coral Flower.

Didn't really do anything for me, at least not like my VO5's and Suave's do.
 
Yes to Carrots--big fat hit. This is the first time I used it and it was the only new thing so there is no doubt. I can't stop touching my hair. At 10 wks post I'm loving it.
 
Hit: My Chi flat iron, Giovanni smooth as silk shampoo and conditioner, neutrogena triple silk touch leave in, bunning my hair

Misses: Pantene relaxed & natural shampoo & conditioner
 
Hit - Megatek as a protein treatment on the length of my hair.

I never thought I'd use this as a DC because it's so expensive. I needed something as I was experiencing a lot of breakage and didn't have anything else on hand. It did wonders. Strength and softness :)
 
Hit: Paul Mitchel - The Conditioner

Big Fat Miss: Kenra - Platinum Shampoo for Thick/Coarse Hair
This mess is no more "gentle" then your average SLS filled shampoo. It made my hair rough, tangled, and matted.

I am so done with shampoos! I don't know what is going on. Every wash day has been a matted, tangled mess not matter which brand of shampoo I use.
 
Hit: VO5 Blackberry Sage Tea Conditioner. Moisturizing, smells great! I'm sad I only have half a bottle, and can't find it ANYWHERE.

I use mine as a protein treatment on the length of my hair as well.
 
miss: this is a big fat miss. going over each strand of hair 2-3 times with the flat iron to get my hair super silk. the end result is beautiful(still is) but i get my hair just as straight just going over each section once. i will not be doing this again.

hit: i know i already said this but using ojon RT as a moisturizer/sealant. this stuff gives amazing shine and is so moisturizing.

hit:how could i forget i am now in love with OJON TAWAKA CONDITIONER. this stuff is sooooo amazing.
 
Hit: Elasta QP Mango Butter...meant to put this up for some time now but kept forgetting. Makes my hair soft, isnt greasy and doesnt weigh it down AND the smell... :lick:

Will revist/unsure of: Nexxus Emergencee...I dont believe it breakage stopping in its tracks...so we'll see about this one...
 
Hits:
  • Kinky Curly Knot Today (I bought this a couple of months ago and hated it, I didn't think I was using it right and gave it a second shot and had stunning results!!! This is my new staple leave-in/detangler)
  • Jane Carter Nourish and Shine: Omg, just OMG! Verrrry moisturizing, I love the consistency and it doesn't leave my hair hard.
  • Jane Carter Hair Nourishing Cream: A lighter version of the Nourish and Shine, and wonderful as well.
  • Curl Junkie Curl Assurance Leave-In: Smells heavenly as all Curl Junkie products do, and it is thick, thick, thick! Very moisturizing (but beware, it contains glycerin and is thus probably not best for winter usage, at least for me) This is my 3rd Curl Junkie product that has turned into a staple. I suspect that this entire line will be a hit.
  • Aveda Damage Remedy Restructuring Shampoo: No explanation necessary, let's just say that I'm officially an Aveda junkie now :grin:
  • Aveda Damage Remedy Intensive Restructuring Treatment: See above statement :drunk:
Misses: None this month, yay!! :look:
 
Deva Blonde OneC as a leave-in for twist & curls and wash & goes
My first roller set with big magnetic rollers
Zizyphus Spina Christi as a cleansing/conditioning alternative to henna (keeping my hair silver/white)
 
Hit: Jilbere tourmaline/ceramic flat iron :yep: This is the business. I can't thank the lady at sally's enough for recommending this.

No misses so far
