Hits

Suave Healthy Curls conditioner (got it free with my suave coupon). This stuff is so thick, it does a great job with moisture and frizz control. Plus its cheap!

Shikakai powder mixed with Aussie Moist as a cowash. This can completely replace my shampoo, and it leaves my hair so soft even if I only leave it on for a minute. Its really cheap too!!

Sour Cream. It really helped with frizz. My curls were lengthened a bit too. I expect better results after more applications. And its cheap!!!:yep:

You Liked this stuff? I was mad I wasted $1 on it at the dollar tree! LOL

Didn't work for my co-washes at all! Bout to pour whatever I have left down the drain.

Well mine is a little like a hit and a miss at the same time, if that's possible :look::perplexed

Design Essentials Lo-Lye Relaxer with Shea Butter

It's a HIT because it's very mild, didn't get my hair bone straight and it left a lot of the texture in it. It also made my hair very soft and shiny.

It's a MISS because it burned the living crap outta me!:burning:
I haven't been that badly burned by a relaxer since high school when I used to use super and leave it on for nearly an hour. I honestly thought I was going to see my scalp slide right off my skull! And let's not mention the sores I'm now dealing with.

For this to be a "low lye" relaxer, it sure is potent. :ohwell:

^^Mona, you just gotta smell the citrus one

Hits:

Revisted- Nexxus Emergencee.....Not that great on the protein factor but the polymetric properties are out of this world!!!!!!!! Got a cuticle problem that won't go away? Use this :yep: One or two times should do it.

Nexxus Humectress- I normally don't like this. I only bought a bottle because it was like 2 bucks at big lots. I used it for exactly 3 minutes after the emergencee treatment and  It worked perfectly. I will keep some on standby just for this reason.

Biotera reconstucting conditioner for dry and damaged hair- Bought a packet from Sallys since it was on sale for only a dollar. Left it on for 15 minutes without heat. It made my hair soft but it still felt strong. Detangled pretty well too. I will buy a full size bottle the next time it goes on sale.

HITS:

Henna/Cassia: Love to Henna, because of this I have gone 4 months post relaxer, no shedding, no breakage and I feel I can go another 4 months without a relaxer. :yep:

HE Pin Straight Conditioner: great for losing curls prior to flat iron

Joico Mositure Recovery Shampoo & Conditioner

MISS:

HE Long Term Relationship Conditioner

OMG, I put it on my hair and it was like BUTTER!! So smooth and soft.... I stopped in the middle and was like WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE!:lachen:
