I am so jealous, so jealous, so JEALOUS of your thickness :( Did you know that you are my hair idol :) Ok I am kind of split between you and Silver2 :) Anyways, you are both 2 sweethearts, two great ladies :)... Take good care of yourself and your hair ... you are my inspiration :)

Your hair in the shyt!!!!

Questions:

What kind of vitamins do you take?

What length were you at when you joined LHCF?

Did you always have long hair prior to LHCF?

..I seriously cant wait to post such pics in 4 years too!

Thanks!! :)

I had long hair, hair that reached BS, but I always had to cut because it was thin in the back. I used to blow dry, flat iron and curl. When i joined the forum, I had just cut my hair into a blunt SL. Then I transitioned (but failed) and but it to about 4 inches. It's growing out from that last cut.

I take the following every single day.

Taurine 500mg

L-Lysine 500 mg

N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine

SAM-E (S-Adenosyl Methionine) 200mg

Calcium

Magnesium

Super Milk Thistle

Ester-C (vitamin C)

THE BEST WOMANS Multivitamin on the market, in my opinion

Green Vibrance in my smoothies

Garlic

Citrimax Plus -- i'm only taking this temporarily

Maca Powder

Your hair is gorgeous. As I'm now thinking of texlaxing, I was all in your fotki taking notes on your regimen. Your hair seems similar to mine, so I hope that my hair would look a lot like yours if I texlax. You still cowash almost daily? How long does it take to detangle each day?

I was cowashing daily up until Jan. I cowash about 3 times a week now.

Thanks!!

It takes me at least 45 to detangle and detangle several times a week. I hope you don't texlax as I love your hair as it is. I always look at your hair and see my hair if I were natural. But I understand... I think you have the thickess natural hair I've ever seen and i know it's challenging :yep:

omg, i somehow thought it would be a lot faster. hmmm, i'll have to think about it a little longer considering you look like one of my closest relaxed hair twins. thanks.

nope! unless you go bone straight, there will be lots of detangling. Especially on your hair because it's massive.

And yes it is obvious that you are having fun with your hair. Love your hair, happy for you.

Wow... I can't find the words - beautiful, amazing, gorgeous.... You and your hair have really inspired me to keep striving.
