I went to the salon this morning (pic in siggy). Besides shampoo, condition, and flat iron, I got my hair colored and trimmed (1 inch). It saves me so much times when I go to the salon.
well it's not going so great actually...I washed, did a Aphogee 2 minute reconstructor and DCed with my Steamer...that was all good...then I attempted to do a roller set and that was just not working out so I decided instead to two strand twist...by this time my hair was starting to dry and it felt a lil dry so instead I put some oliveoil/coconut oil/water/and jojoba oil in a bottle and put it on my hair and put some big two strand twist in it and am waiting for it to dey...now the problem is I don't know what to do next and I think I might have over oiled if that makes sense cause when I touch it my hands get oily...ughhh..I am hoping once it dries that it will get better and that I can wear it out...if not I am going to flat iron it (which I am trying not to do)
I clarified and gave the Nexxus Emergencee a try. After that, I DC with GVP Nexxus Hummectruss. I did a rollerset and now I'm under the dryer. (It's been 2 hrs!!) Bring on the Pibbs!!!
I con washed in the shower this morning with 'Say Yes to Carrots Mud Con', then applied Ellen Lavar Leave-In, Miss Jessie's Silken Straightener, and Hairveda Strillnah Oil??? My hair came out fantastic! But, it's been raining here all day and I got wet over and over again since 9:30 this morning.
So, I'll probably wind up washing again tomorrow morning.
Just finished washing with Shikakai soap for the first time. My hair feels great . I know it's late, but i pre-poo'd for 4 1/2 hrs. and watched a few good shows . I'm about to add some Hair One Olive Oil as a leave-in and let it air dry as much as possible before wrapping it up to go to bed.
I relaxed with Vitale Life and body mixed with olive oil and coconut oil, 2 min reconstructor, neutralizing poo, con green label, black rinse, acv rinse and DC with Kenra under dryer for 20 mins. I just finished under the dryer, I'll be rinse and air drying over night.
I washed it with head and shoulders, did a final rinse with baking soda, put in some aveda brilliant leave in and neutrogena triple moisture leave in and some coconut oil. Then I plaited it into 2 pocohontas braids. Thats all! I'll leave it alone until I go get my rollerset Tuesday.
