Okay, i'm really sleepy :yawn:and i don't wanna rinse, is this okay? I did a cassia, amla, brahmi and maka mix in silk elements megasilk conditioner...can i sleep in this?

-Thanks-

*yawn and rubs eyes*

How much paste is it, Br*nzeb*mbsh? I only add a couple teaspoons total to my silk elements and I think it would be ok to sleep in that, ocassionally. But I wouldn't sleep in a paste. :nono:

Geez, thanx lucky'smom, sheba1 and flowinlocks, but i may just wash this out..better to be safe than sorry, right?

Gosh i'm tired, though, and don't wanna get wet - again! sometimes i really miss the salon

Lady, I washed and slept. I thought better to err on the side of caution. My hair is doing really well, i reasoned, why take a chance and mess that up? It felt great btw. I think i've dc-ed for at least 8 hours in this before, though. Just didn't remember actually sleeping in it...Thanks for the help!

unless there is a high amout of henna in the mix, i go by the instructions on the box which typically recommend that you do not leave it in ur hair overnight

Well I slept with a mix in last night. I tea rinsed with a mix of hibiscus, brahmi, maka, and amla. Then without rinsing it out I slapped some YTC Mud Mask on it (thanks Flowinlocks). This was about 9pm last night. Put on a plastic cap and I am just now under the steamer. My hair feels fine. I will see how it does once air dried.
