Is it true that if all of the hair care products that give great results cost an arm and a leg?
Cheap products give cheap results?

ITA I mean Ill spend money on a good product but if i find something cheaper that gives me the same long term results why continue to use the more expensive product? (GVP products for exampleI go by quality not $$$
I use Suave conditioner and it gives me the slip I need. I tried a $19 DevaCurl One conditioner and although it was nice, it gave me the same results. So why should I pay more?
I bought a bottle of KCCC and KCKT and although it was nice and smelled good... it still can't beat the same results I get from my $2 bottle of Ecostyler.
The only thing I won't/can't do is use DC's and conditioners that I know contain mineral oil. Especially if they're $56 a bottle (Miss Jessie's)
I think it depends - might get same results from cheap products BUT for me, im paranoid, and think about long term effects - meaning, it SEEMS to work as well but since the ingredients are cheaper, will my hair actually be in less than healthy condition a year from now? will my ends not be as thick? even if the conditioner/product wont 'harm' my hair, its also not HELPING my hair as much as say using joico (w/a low ph and human keratin) once a week......like by using the cheaper ones, am i missing out...but thats just me....
