about to wash now and i have a question; couldn't find the answers after a board search and would appreciate your help:look:

do you use a moisturizing conditioner after you use it or do you find that it fine own its own?

i just added this to my routine and last time i used it on dry hair but didn't like that too much b/c i prefer to prepoo with almond oil and don't want to interfer with that since it really works for me. i am planning to shampoo and leave it on for 1-2 (probably more) minutes as suggested in the directions.

thanks again for your responses.

I used it without following up with a moisturizing dc and my hair didn't like that. But then again, I'm protein sensitive and I normally need to follow up with a moisturizing dc.

I used it for the first time last week. I applied to damp, shampooed hair and used my bonnet attachment and hair dryer to condition for 10 minutes. I rinsed and didn't follow up a rinse-out condish.

My hair wasn't as soft as usual, but I haven't used a straight-up protein DC before, so I don't have anything to compare the feeling to. However, my hair felt better after my leave-ins and moisturizer.

Next time, I'll follow the GPB with a moisturizing rinse-out and see what happens.

I use it without following up with anything. It's a light protein, and it provides my hair with enough protein and moisture. I've been using this since 2000, and I love it. It's my all time favorite product.

I use mine on dry hair before shampooing. After I shampoo, I use my regular conditioner (Nexxus Humectress).

My hair came out lovely afterwards :)

i use it as a pre poo on dry hair with plastic cap for 30 minutes. yes i follow with moisture.
