May Contain Contaminants????

I need to hear from ladies who have ordered their ayurvedic powders from http://www.mehndiskinart.com/. When you look at the ingredients under the powders it says "may contain contaminants".

Has anyone ordered powders from here and what was your experience with the powder? I was all set to order from the wholesale list when I spotted this statement. I find it a little disturbing especially for something I'm going to put in my hair that I've been successfully nursing back to health.

Hey I just ordered from there...I think there is a miss-understanding of their statement they are not saying that their products may contaminants, but anyone selling these herbs without a license contains contaminants...lol...it is confusing because they list their license number first and then put that notice...I thought the same thing too but re-read it...here it is bellow...once I receive my goodies I will let you know how I like them... ...

I was clearly about to have a crying fit because I've just ordered close to a $100.00 worth of products...powders included. So I hope your understanding of this statement is correct; although I don't think (at least I hope) they would post a disclaimer such as that and detour sales.

But one question for you msde13, when did you order yours and when are you expecting to receive your products. I didn't receive an email (only the reciept) stating when it will be shipped out. And since I have never ordered from them I was just wondering their turn around time. Anybody who ordered from them can answer this question...

That's where I get my henna from, he's never sends out shipping notices, but his shipping is pretty quick. his powders are too much. I can go to the Indian Stores and get them much cheaper.

ETA, after reading it over again I think naturalgurl is right. If you get it from a non licensed seller then it may contain contaminants..that's how it reads.

Good job Batman! I get it too now. They might want to change to punctuation and take out the comma. That is what is misleading. Or does it contain contaminants???erplexed

ETA~ I take it to read, without the comma, that people using their powders to make and sell their own product might produce products with contaminants if they are making these products without the Ayurveda license. I guess licensing stops people from using powders that may contain contaminants.

Batman...lol...I do look kinda scary like him if you wake me up too early...for some reason my bank will not let him process my payment so I am looking for another place to order from...I am also thinking his prices are too high as well...I am comparing different places and I am still doing some research...here are a few sites that I have found...

Yeah, I think it was the comma that threw me off.

Anyway, he answered my email:
