I think we need a new updated poll to see which hair vitamin gave you good results. For me right now I'm using Country life Maxi hair vits from the vitamin shoppe. I'm still on my first bottle so I cannot judge it yet, I would have to give it 2-3 months to work.

Mine is on the OTHER list. One Source Complete, HSN multi-mineral-herb. Includes:MSM, BIOTIN,and GELATIN. It even has Horsetail Extract. It has served me well.

Was using GNC Ultra Nourish. Now using Rexall HSN. I've noticed better results from the rexall I think. Mariofmagdal makes the one source complete sound interesting though, gonna stick with the rexall for now

I think the Phyto vitamins for hair work really well. They can be pricey though...but still work nonetheless.

Viviscal for an expensive brand Natrol Hair Skin and Nail Capsules work best for me and I've tried them all
