Ponytail Rollersets

Since I'm super inquisitive I have a question.
Would it be bad to ponytail rollerset weekly?

It would only be bad if you are using ponytail holders that break the hair. Otherwise, it seems healthy to me. I love them and have no problems or breakage. I use the ouchless ponytail holders. I think pantyhose is a good option too. I'm going to cut the tops off of some Knee Highs and use that to see if it works.

i use the goody ouchless no damage ponytail holders... they essentially look like pantyhose holders, but are made from typical ponytail holder material so there's no metal or glue to break the hair off with. They also dont leave that ponytail dent like regular ones can.

I did a ponytail rollerset last night and I really like the outcome. I don't think it will be harmful as long as the ponytail holders are not breaking your hair off. I will be doing this weekly.

I've been doing this since last February.....no breakage issues. I :heart2onytail rollersetting. I use the ballies w/out the metal from the local BSS.
