I don't like throwing people under the bus (sorry in advanced if it's anyone on here), but I read this while I was browsing the GHD styler section on Sephora:
"Being African american I wasn't sure this product would work for me but it did. I get a relaxer ruffly once a month now because it keeps my hair looking like I just come out of a salon. I do highly suggest getting some type of heat protection for your hair if you are gong to use this product or any flat iron. The box is cute and the styler itself is nice. Overall I am very happy with this item."

Things like this and the Halloween videos on Youtube some people call tutorials make me want to go out and ban them from using relaxers and heat lol. Comments like this give relaxers an awfully bad rap. I wonder how often she was relaxing before GHD.
She's happy though so ah well.
