- I usually dc on dry hair with AO HSR and comb it through (if I want protein I will add it here using AO GBP)
- I use Oscar Blandi Alla Crema Shampoo and wash my hair in four sections.
- Dc with heat and a plastic cap using OB Alla Crema Conditioner (I'll be replacing this with NelsonJ Brazilian Hair Mask on some wash days if not completely. We'll see). I always comb it through. It is such a simple thing to do that makes a huge difference.
- Put my heat protectants in H2 Ion and Chi Silk Infusion and comb through
- Blowdry with a comb attachment using my FHI blowdryer
- Flat iron with FHI iron on 370 degrees F
- Wrap hair
- I straighten my natural hair. I do this once every week, but I've been lazy these days so it is more like once every two weeks.
- I do an ISH treatment every six weeks
- I trim my hair a half inch every three months.
- I use protein sparingly and very inconsistently. I think I need moisture more than anything else.
