Mane N' Tail Deep Moisturizing Conditioner

For those of you who have type 4a/b hair, how many of you have used this conditioner? I'm thinking about buying it once I use up my current conditioners. How effective is it and how does it compare to others such as NTM DDC, Motions Moisture Plus,. etc.? Do you feel it is underrated?

Well i've got 4a natural hair and it seems to work brilliantly as a leave in for me, but i think my hair really LOVES protein. I dilute it with water and spray on my hair in braids and when i re-do the edges my hair looks and feels lush. Same with my sis (she's got relaxed hair) HTH

I love this conditioner, but I don't buy it because I like the liter bottles of the original one. I can never find the Deep Moisturizing one in a liter bottle. I actually like this one better than NTM DDC because it smells better and better than the Motions Moisture plus because it makes my hair softer.

I have used this product i have not used the regular conditioner only the deep moist one (the regular seems like a watered down version)

it has protein in it though

I used this when I had relaxed hair and I absolutley loved it. I haven't been able to try it on my hair now cause I can't seem to find it anywhere.

You've been very helpful. I guess if any conditioner doesn't work, it can be diluted with water and used as a leave in. Good idea. I never thought about that. I just mix mine with others just to get rid of it.

Searching for something else, I came across Mane 'N Tail Herbal. It's chockful of ingredients known to promote faster hair growth. I'm wondering...hmmm...anybody use it?

This stuff makes my hair tangly and hard. I'm guessing its because this stuff has alotta protein in it so I can only use it as a pre-poo.

I LOVE this conditioner and line. I used it in 2005 and remember it helping with breakage and/shedding.

I have recently returned to this and Im in love all over again. It makes your hair SUPER soft and it STAYS soft even after you wash it out. I would like a tub of this!
