Unbelievable...but then again maybe not...Imagine if she actually spent that on her own hair (and $6.50 on LHCF). It would be beautiful:yep:!

If I was an entertainer I would have Sew in weaves or wigs Chinchilla Hair & Coat to match too, No need for all that Damage to my Hair, but $200 MILLION BUCKS!......................... Who hair is she getting?

I am not mad at her. Each costs $1000's of dollars? I can totally see that if she is getting them specially made. And the price tag is going to be higher just because SHE is buying them.

Honestly, I have seen ladies on BHM with lacefronts that look just as good, if not better for MUCH less.

This must be old because I have a hard time believing Beyonce's real hair is still short and curly. There was a picture of her hair that looked very real and it looked curly and past shoulder length.

Well, she gets her wigs from Extensions Plus - out here in Tarzana....

That place is SKY high... not just for Beyonce. She probably did ruin her hair with the L'oreal contract she had a few years ago.

^^^Yeap and since then she probably had to cut it short and wear it curly, It was proablay longer before, but since all the coloring she had a major set back.

Wow!! The price you'll pay for the weaved, I mean, perceived image of "togetherness". Maybe she can join this hairboard and gain a few tips on caring for her OWN hair. I forgot, she has enough cheese to pay someone to do that. Not to mention her mother is a licensed cosmetologist, right?

Yeah... so her Mom says she damaged her hair when she was younger
trying to color it blonde... and what does she do...
become a spokes-model for Loreal Hair Color...
keeping her natural hair protected under $2 million wigs while
millions of young women still believe that's her real hair
and damage and color their real hair trying to achieve her look.
GO FIGURE!

Side note: $2 million can't buy a realistic looking hairline?
I can always see the lace fronts in pictures...

Well I'll be. Her wigs are immaculate. Lots of hair too on each of them. I wonder what she will look like when she's 70? I heard too much unatural hair on your head causes neck problems.

The comments are a trip. So her real hair is short and curly?

Of course. It is probably 3-4 type. She is Af-Am & Creole, after all. I wonder why it is short, though, if she is always wearing protective styles (and she wore braids for many years)??

I think yall are forgetting that Beyonce is a star. She has to wear wigs to protect her hair from the concerts and the whole lifestyle. She can't walk around lke us baggying it up everyday. I heard Bey is natural and I'm sure she is. And guess what, most if not all celebrities have extensions, lace fronts, and wigs too. And I bet if anyone was in her shoes you all would be wearing those different wigs too. I would and I' be baggied up underneath!

I actually wouldn't wear wigs all the time.

I think the issue is when she does interviews and pretends like that is her real hair. She did that when she claimed the huge wig she wore in Austin Powers was her "natural hair" & that it took her a year to "grow it out" like that. Why lie?

**edited*** Celebrities lying about their hair all the time is part of what makes it hard for black women who do have long hair.

I've got no problem with celebs wearing wigs 90% of the time, and spending outrageous sums for their weave/lacefronts/wigs/hair pieces. The issue I have is when they are faking the funk like that's their REAL HAIR.

Girl, quit lying.

I'm not gonna front, if I had to deal with all that, I'd be rocking the wig too. But I'd be real and up front (like Tyra was) that this is NOT my real hair. :nono:

I've seen this pic, but it looks like maybe her hair was pulled back. I mean, where is the back of her hair?? It's hard to tell, but I say no.

I posted two other pics and one looked like this style was pulled up and the other looked severely broken off so I don't know if it's her real hair or not.

NC didn't say anything that I hadn't figured out for myself a long time ago! lol I remember wayyyy back when Bey came out, her mother was like ALL of that hair was really hers. That's when she wore those braids that curled at the end.

Sure. And you can pee in my eye and tell me it's raining too.

Everyone knew damn tooting well those were wigs :lachen:

She isn't the only celebrity - regardless of race - that spends that type of money on hair.

Anyone ever notice how many weaves Paris Hilton wears?

If I was a celebrity, I'd be rocking weaves, extensions and wigs too. You HAVE to keep your appearance up.

Imagine Bey going to the grammys or something, but her hair started to revert from a fresh flat iron because of humidity... no matter what the reason, she would get clowned on a HUGE scale for something that can happen to any one of us.

There is a lot of pressure to look "perfect" but at the same time you get talked about for doing the things that make you look the way you do. lol :nono: You can't win.

Also, with all the different hairstyles celebrities have to wear... it's good to have your real hair protected. I even saw Cher on TV yesterday
(briefly) talking about how she wears wigs because there are styles she wants to wear without wrecking her own hair.

I don't care if she wears wigs...
but don't do commercials with L'oreal for hair color
if you know that's what made your real hair fall out...
plus if she's spending $2 million on lace fronts...
I highly doubt she colors them with FERIA... come on...
that's like putting bumper stickers on a Rolls Royce.

I do agree with those who say she needs a refund though :lachen: Sometimes she looks stunning, but I have seen some bad hairstyles on that girl too. I always wonder about people with millions of dollars going out with hair I would not be caught dead with.

About the L'oreal thing. I think legally she can only be used in their advertising if she uses the product.... unless I'm mistaken. Now they can get very creative with that one, but still in some way she should have that product used on her or her "hair".

It is kind of wrong, but hell... let the woman make her money. In a world where people purposely give hair advice to innocent people that they know is harmful, for no money and no good reason... I don't find this to be that bad.

I sound like a Beyonce lover, lol. I don't even listen to that genre of music... I think I could name maybe... 5 of her songs? So this is coming from an unbiased pov.
