I've noticed that a lot of you ladies are into butter. Right now I use Shea butter and I haven't tried any others (besides cocoa butter, but it's kind of hard for my liking). So, tell me what team you're on .

I used Shea Butter for years. Though it can be heavy, it's very moisturizing.:yep:

I'm using Seyani Hair Butter right now and I love it!

Guess I'll put one down for shea. Leaves my ends super moisturized :yep:. I'm also interested in trying Avocado butter. I've tried Elasta QP mango butter, but unfortunately my hair didn't respond well to it for some reason.

I love the shea butter so much I havent tried any other ones....I really want to try Avocado Butter

i wonder how regular butter(what we cook with) would do on my hair. hmmm i may be on to something:scratchch

Shea butter is okay, cocoa butter doesn't pack enough punch for my hair, and I've never tried avocado butter. But I want to because I like avocado oil.

I think it would do well :yep:. Some Africans use a butter called Ghee for their hair. It's super rich in fats. I think that they put it in their hair for a period of time and then wash it out, though, but it's supposed to be very moisturizing. I also think there's a lady here that used macadamia nut butter. I wonder how that is .

To all you shea lovers... has anyone tried the Now Foods brand of shea butter. I just ordered a 7oz container for $1.70 from iHerb.com. Let me know
