I think its mainly technique but it didnt scorch my hair. It gave it shine ...um, my hair reverted back when I washed it like nothing hapnd but I also used moisture block. It heats up really quick. erm...i think imma auction it on ebay. IDK yet. I want the runway. the platform seems like the next step under the runway. I never had a chi but fhi suppose to be better anyways.
