I'm Weavin it Up! * Now with Pics*

I've been going back and forth on this for awhile...and I finally decided to just GO for it...

This Saturday I'm having a full weave installed!

I've never had one before, so I am alittle apprehensive, but I spoke to the stylist and looked at the work on her website so I'm pretty confident that it will look good. I want a protective style with this dry winter air, but with the store opening in 4 weeks (AIIIIGHHH!!!) I also need to be looking my best while running about like a crazy lady, and now I won't have to deal with my 10 months post mop for awhile..:yep:

I will post pics when I get back! :yep:

oh - if anyone has any hair recs let me know - she said Goddess Remy, and from what I understand it is somewhat expensive. She said that 14" is the standard length, but I'm not sure of where that'll fall on me - I measured 14" from my nape and it came to chest level.

Here are the pics:

I am barefaced and a little puffy from last night so bear with me!

No recs on weave but my lace wig is 14 inches and its just a few inches past shoulder length.

I used to order my weave from www.joyastylehair.com. I've worn A LOT of weave and hers was the best to me. I have pics in my fotki if you want to see. Her weave is a little pricey too. http://public.fotki.com/KizzieNapps/before-the-bcrelaxe/ott.html

P.S. The length of the weave in that pic is 12inches but I'm short...5'1. HTH!!

That pic of you on the toilet is so cute! (and how often do you get to say that?)

If I had more time I'd consider ordering online for the hair. I wasn't expecting her to say she was avail saturday. Do you know of any other Brands of Remy hair that are good?

I stopped buying hair from the BSS a while ago. I can't recommend any from experience because where I live there's not any "real" remy hair available. All the weave they sell here is a HOT mess!! There's one brand they sell in the store that looks decent but it is waaaay too expensive for me, so I havent tried it. Sorry I couldn't help more than that!:perplexed

I have the Goddess Remy in the 14 inch & it's about BSL on me. I'm 5'5".
