Please tell there are some? Cuz they look really cute, and I'm really trying to do this yearlong bunning challenge... but they are kinda rich for my blood.

Tell me where I can get Flexi-8 knockoffs and how much they cost! Pretty please

Awww man, I wish you could have hopped on the free shipping last week. With the free shipping and 10% code I had, I got mine for $14. It came on sat and I looooooooooove it!

If I see a spot I will let you know. I want to get more but I am waiting for the next sale. :yep:

I saw the free shipping, but that still didnt' bring it down cheap enough for me to cough up the dough. I'm super-frugal! :hero:

It ain't easy raising a family and indulging your hair obsession on one income, so shelling out $14 for one hair doodad just isn't getting it. DH would be most displeased. If I can find something similar for about $8 I will buy.

Cosigning with D and Allandra. I am cheapie with my hair doodads (love me some dollar store scruchies) but it is like the best investment ever. I know I am not going to have it break or shatter on me.

I haven't heard of any online vendors that sell the knock-offs. Anytime I hear of one, the person got it at a fair/festival, or something like that, so I assume small crafters are knocking them off.

But, I'll see if I can dig something up.

I don't know. There are some similar slider type barettes available at any accessories shop. But they aren't generally flexible.

I was watching the series Firefly over the last couple of weeks and the character Zoe has something similar in her hair. It doesn't look real bendy, though. At around 44 seconds:

I just threw on my flexi for the first time in months and i'm telling you these things are extremely sturdy. That $14 investment will last forever :yep:
