Flexi 8 alternatives

I know there's nothing like the Flexi 8. They are top quality. They are also top price. Where do you guys get alternatives to these? And what are they called so I can search for the term online. I saw someone else call them "slider barrettes" but I don't think that's the right term.

I'm buying some right now (I replied to your flexi8 tut just a moment ago- thanks for the help), but yeah, if anyone has an alternative to these (they are pricey, but I'm hoping they'll be worth the cost- everyone seems to be in love with them!), please do tell.
I've heard of the goody ones as well, but I've never used them. If I can find them, I'll get them and compare them to the flexi 8s.
